Your support and the garment

Minimum support amounts are $30 for a T-shirt, $35 for a long sleeve shirt, and $50 for a pullover hoodie. You may add voluntary support. The garment is part of the exchange; calling the payment a donation does not remove its value.

Your payment includes a garment and any additional ministry support you select. No separate garment valuation or tax deduction is certified. We do not represent this payment as tax deductible.

Stewardship

After documented garment, processing, packaging, and delivery costs are accounted for, remaining proceeds support the charitable mission. Ministry resources are not distributed as private profit. Receipts for inventory purchases are retained in private accounting records; garment cost and fair market value are different figures.

Shipping and availability

Only sizes physically available may be ordered. Available delivery methods and the shipping charge appear before payment. Shipping is within the United States. Local pickup has no shipping charge and is available when the ministry’s collection instructions are shown in checkout; wait for confirmation of your collection time before travelling. Payment confirmation is separate from shipping confirmation; delayed payments must clear before fulfillment.

Questions, returns, or damaged items

For an estimated dispatch date, an order change, or a return request, contact the ministry before sending an item back. If an item arrives damaged or differs from your order, contact support@victoryworks.vovm.org with your order reference so the ministry can arrange a remedy. Do not email card numbers or bank credentials.

Privacy and receipts

PayPal handles payment details for the current checkout. Stripe can be offered separately after the dedicated ministry account is connected. Authorized ministry personnel use order and shipping information to fulfill your request. Your purchase does not enroll you in the newsletter. Shipping addresses and purchase receipts are not part of the public financial report.

Federal tax-exempt recognition has not been verified by this store. No tax deduction is certified. Any required charitable disclosure will identify the value of goods received.
